Responsible for being the Student Disability Services Coordinator for all students enrolled in the advanced academic programs (AAP). Through this position, I ensure that all departmental programs, services, and facilities are compliant with any applicable legal, compliance, environmental policies, and mandates from governing bodies. Also, I appropriately consult with students and represent the student voice in departmental, divisional, and institutional policy development efforts specifically related to ADA compliance and accommodations.
Responsible for handling all refund requests that are deemed special circumstances. Through this position, I am able to appropriately and ethically influence the governing bodies to which JHU reports through fair and equitable refund review process thinking.
